Delivery

Every product we offer is custom-made and crafted specifically for each order. We do not maintain an inventory of cabinets, and the delivery schedule is influenced by the dimensions, materials, and intricacy of your selection.

We primarily utilize an independent delivery service; however, depending on the size and weight of your order, alternative delivery methods may be employed.

Once your order is finalized, you will be contacted to schedule a suitable delivery date. Two to three days prior to your delivery, your carrier will reach out to arrange a specific day and provide an estimated delivery window of three to four hours.

Unless stated otherwise, all items in your order will be delivered together.

Additionally, you may request a courtesy call from the driver when they are approximately one hour away from your location.

If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available, you will be responsible for arranging re-delivery or collection from the local depot. Failed deliveries may incur additional charges.

Deliveries are conducted to the nearest ground-floor entry point, our delivery team is unable to transport items upstairs, so please inform us of any access challenges or the distance from the van, and the delivery team does not unpack items.

Any additional assistance is left to the driver’s discretion. It is essential to have a capable individual present on the delivery day, as failure to deliver due to access issues or absence may incur extra charges.

Delivery times are working days Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. We can offer weekends and public holidays, but these will incur extra charges.

Please do not arrange tradespeople or fitters until your delivery has arrived and been checked for completeness. We cannot accept responsibility for lost time or additional costs incurred.

Delivery is currently available exclusively within mainland UK. Unfortunately, we do not provide standard delivery services to the Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or Northern Ireland.

Additionally, deliveries to rural areas in Wales and the Scottish Highlands may incur additional charges.

For those locations, we can arrange a tailored delivery service, which will require a custom quote.

If you notice any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please inform the carrier immediately and capture photographs for documentation. If possible, inspect the contents before the carrier departs to determine if any items are also damaged.

We kindly ask that you unpack and inspect the contents within 24 hours of receipt. Should you find any damage, please reach out to us via email with clear photographs within the same timeframe.

For those desiring a fully assembled cabinet, we offer a delivery service that caters to this request. Simply indicate your preference in the comments section when placing your order, and we will provide a personalized quote based on your specific circumstances, considering the suitability of access.
